Brief description of the position:
Responsible for drive user engagement by offering excellent circles interaction, design circle strategy and mechanism base on brand tonality and TA, implement circles operation to continuous increase activation and satisfaction with diverse exchange format. Ultimately increase user LTV increase referral rate of brand reputation.
Key Tasks
1. Develop annual circles operation strategy, including but not limited to circles classification, operation mechanism, KPI, budget, etc
2. Responsible for attracting new users, promoting and retaining circles users, and formulating plans and implementing them to increase the number and stickiness of users in circles.
3. Classify users into circles through different tags and formulate management mechanisms for different circles, including but not limited to membership requirements, joining rules, management norms, etc
4. Guide the region to complete the implementation of community operations formulate SOP and monthly guidance for circles operation and adjust the plans according to the performance
5. Cooperate with City Clubs run by users, maintain good relations with City Clubs and formulate principles including but not limited to official certification for City Clubs, reward management , etc.
6. Responsible for the KPl of the circles operation, including but not limited to user activity and user satisfaction
7. According to the community operation business, put forward online function design requirements to theIT team.
8. Screening and fission of active users, develop KOC from users, and guiding the work of KOC operation
9. Design user events in combination with community operations.

Qualification and skills required for the position:
Education:
Full time bachelor degree or above
Working experience:
More than 5 years working experience
Experience in user circles or club operation
Experience in premium car companies or BEV companies, premium brand members of major
Knowledge, skills and others:
Knowledge, skills and others:
Strong comprehension skills, able to accurately understand user needs and iterate on strategies
Good communication skills, organizational coordination and project promotion ability
strong team spirit and adaptability
English language skills to meet daily verbal and written requirements
