• 【Brief description of the position】
  Responsible for assigning work and supervising personnel for all system-relevant activities incl. control of engineers.
  Responsibility for the subordinate employees in press shop maintenance, including their management, development, motivation, assessment and, if necessary, deployment planning. Establishment of the desired corporate culture.
  Cost responsibility for personnel, material and investments in the area of press shop maintenance.
  Analyze deviations from the budget and initiate countermeasures.
  
  【Key Tasks】
  Maintenance organization according to DIN 13306 and DIN 31051.
  Responsibility for assigning work and supervising personnel for all system-relevant activities incl. control of engineers/blue collars.
  Implementing and ensuring operational objectives with responsibility for results for the "Maintenance" process.
  Personnel responsibility for the subordinate employees in press shop maintenance.
  Cost responsibility for personnel, material and investments in the area of press shop maintenance.
  Analyze deviations from the budget and initiate countermeasures.
  Ensure a smooth production process with regard to technology and systems.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  The minimum required education is Completed technical university education .(Bachelor/Master)
  The minimal required professional experience is at least 5 years in maintenance in automotive industry, at least 4 years of experiences in personal management. (leading a maintenance group)
  Experience with project management and project coordination.
  Experience with industrial production systems. (machines and systems)
  Very good knowledge of MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint as well SAP knowledge (MM, SD, PM).
  Experience with leading a maintenance group.
