• 【Range of responsibility】
  * Design lamp electronic parts and lamp electronic system (including Head lamp / Rear lamp / Interior lamp...) .
  * Responsible for all electronic relevant topics in the development work, including electronic parts design / system concept design / electronic relevant test (VW80000/80808…/EMC) / parameter coding / pre-series production support and final electronic system release.
  
  【Key Task】
  * Work as the function owner for lamp system.
  * Lead the lamps electronic system development work, responsible for the electronic system develop schedule and final release for SOP.
  * Lead the lamps part level electronic development work, responsible for the electronic part level develop schedule and final release for SOP.
  * Together with optic engineer and thermal engineer, finalize the functions application work (including thermal protection mechanism definition/ headlamp matrix application / HD module application / other dynamic animation application/ etc.)
  * Responsible for the lamp’s parameter coding according to the function application result and release system.
  * Work together with whole car integration test engineer and work as the electronic issues bridge between other departments.
  * Responsible for the electronic relevant test, including VW80000 and EMC etc.
  * Pre-series electronic support in the car plant.
  * Active to collect and learn the new technology and the market trend in China.
  * Responsible for internal innovation and cost down idea proposal and application.
  * Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  * Bachelor degree in Automotive Electrical Engineering or similar
  * 3+ Years of work experience.
  * Familiar with Can/Lin headlamp/SBBR development
  * Well known about electrical and electronic hardware design and EMC design knowledge
  * Knowledge of the electronic functional development of lamps, have the ability to interpret electronic solutions and to judge the direction of optimization.
  * Familiarity with automotive bus technology, Professional in CANoe /CANape /ODIS etc.
  * Familiar with the function development process in the automotive industry, familiar with enterprise function development standards, and master the professional knowledge and skills of automotive-related functions.
  * Good knowledge of Matlab or other program softwares(Python/JAVA/C/C++).
  * Good knowledge of the office software.
  * Good troubleshooting capabilities.
  * Good communication and coordination skills.
  * Strong team awareness.
  * With basic knowledge of optic/thermal is preferred.
  * Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory.
  * Familiar with German is better.
