• Brief description of the position/ Range of responsibility:
  
  “Information Security” ensures the protection and adequate handling of the company’s information regarding the security goals “Confidentiality”, “Integrity” and “Availability”. This is achieved through the establishment and operation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS), regular reviews of the ISMS and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
  
  The Head of Technical Information Security acts as the Head of the Team “Technical Information Security” and in his role takes care about Information Security Tools, Vulnerability Management and Incident Management, but also identifies continuous improvement measures in Information Security Tool Landscape as well as future-oriented scouting regarding tools and attack vectors. He directly reports to the CISO of Volkswagen Anhui.
  
  
  
  Key tasks:
  
  Set-Up and Lead the Technical Information Security Team at VW Anhui as well as all corresponding Technical Information Security related Committees
  Planning, Implementation and Continuous Improvement of the technical Tool landscape for Information Security
  Regular Execution and continuous Improvement of vulnerability scans, network scans, penetration tests and other technical checks for Volkswagen Anhui
  Support and Consultation of Business Units regarding closure of Vulnerabilities and other technical Information Security related questions
  Planning and Execution of Technical Information Security related Projects, Programs and Operations, especially Information Security Operations like SIEM, etc.
  Maintain and Improve Identity &Access-Management processes and support corresponding stakeholders of Volkswagen Anhui
  Coordinate the Technical Information Security planning in alignment with Volkswagen Anhui’s Information Security Strategy
  Responsibility for technical checks of Implementations in order to comply with Chinese Laws and Regulations
  Develop and decide partner, sourcing and vendor strategy for Technical Information Security
  Other tasks assigned by CDO or CISO of Volkswagen Anhui

任职要求

• Qualification and Skills:
  
  Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Security and Technology or other comparable fields of IT
  6-8 years of Information Security related working experience
  Profound Knowledge in Technical Information Security and related Management Systems (e.g. ISMS / ISO27001)
  Relevant work experience in Information Security for several years
  Proof of Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISO Training or comparable qualifications
  Strong technical Information Security capabilities (e.g. Vulnerability / Incident Management) and ability to deliver high-quality solutions, even when under pressure
  Familiar with Volkswagen Group Information Security policies, guidelines, regulations is an advantage
  Familiar with corresponding laws, standards and norms as well as Industry Best Practices in the area of Technical Information Security
  Ability to use English as a business language and profound knowledge of English in speaking, reading, writing
