Coordinator -PMO & Toolkit-GMP/ PM
【Brief description of the position/ Range of responsibility】
This position represents all Product Management Office (PMO) and department administrative related functions for the Product Management. It acts as an internal team organizer and an external coordinator to help the department actions go smooth.
【Key tasks】
Responsible for meeting organization for the department.
Responsible for HR issue within the department as the contact person to HR department.
Responsible for Admin issues within the department as the contact person to internal and external customers and departments.
Responsible for further department tasks, e.g. budget forecast and control as well as risk management coordination, QMS, C&I.
Responsible for IT issues within the department as the contact person to IT department.
Other administrative matter request by the department leader.

【Qualification and skills】
Bachelor degree majoring in English, German, Management, Business Administration, Finance and liberal arts education background
1-3 years of work experience in the automotive industry is preferred
Interested in administrative and general assistant work, patient and careful
Good communication and coordination ability, executive ability, team player
Understanding of cooperation processes and procedures preferred
Fluently in Chinese and English.
Having the ability to speak German and Spanish is a bonus point
