• 【Brief description of the position】
  The core mission of this position is to develop, analyze and improve of seat assembly related topics of our company NEV’s vehicles via analyses and solution derivation. This as well includes alignment with stakeholder and the hand over to production.
  
  【Key tasks】
  -Proposing, developing, representing and coordinating design concepts for development projects
  -Participation in project and working groups, preparation of decision documents.
  -Coordination of design with other specialist departments and take into account all relevant work results of other departments.
  -As part of the product development process, all milestones set for his area of responsibility must be achieved on time.
  -Preparation Releases (P-, B-, K-, BMG-) in the area of responsibility.
  -Support development steps in projects and preparation of the necessary design documents.
  -Developing, analyzing, and evaluating possible solutions.
  -Monitoring and adherence to specified targets.
  -Support of engineering offices and suppliers, give advise to consulters , putting at their disposal the knowledge and experience both in their own area and in areas related to their responsibility.
  -Work results must be structured from the point of view of customer orientation.

任职要求

• 【Qualifications】
  -Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or similar. Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in the relevant topics in theory and practice.
  -Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive industry part development or in relevant areas.
  -Deep understanding of automotive processes and procedures, systems and processes especially in seat system parts development.
  -Fluently in Chinese & English.
