• 【Tasks】
  -ensure of acoustics in our cars/projects fulfill quality, and safety of our vehicles according to group and regional strategy
  -Define regional strategical targets in terms of acoustic and aligned with EGNA/B/E
  -Approval the technical release (GFA/GFF, BMG, K-release etc.) in the area of acoustic and vibration on Hut and Platform development with support of EGNA/B/E and JVs.
  -To steer and coordinate all BEV acoustics and vibration issues for whole China region including JVs.
  -Promoting and ensuring the technical know-how development: to develop and realize a plan for the improvement of staff ability and set up competence to EGNA department/team
  -To participate in the creation of operational and project budget, personnel planning, training, qualification programs, and investment planning for the department, with proposals and new ideas.
  -To manage the resources under his/her responsibility (financial, budget, personnel, equipment's, etc.) in order to fulfill the tasks agreed with the clients, in time and quality.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  At least University Degree (Bachelor), major is NVH, FEM simulation or vehicle engineering related.
  Professional experience of FEM simulation is mandatory, experience of Pancras software and DMU checking is preferred. Understanding of automotive processes and procedures.
  Structured and organized way of working
  Team working and good technical communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  Good project management skills or experience
  Strong personal initiative / intrinsic motivation in order to meet objectives of the department.
  Considerate, flexible & attentive to detail.
