职位描述

• 【Responsibility】
  Technical release recommendation of the whole vehicle through specific vehicle testing under extreme environmental conditions according to standard test procedures.
  Test results and failures must be analyzed and solved in coordination with other areas within R&D.
  Countermeasures must be followed up.
  
  【Key tasks】
  To prepare and issue the release recommendation for the whole vehicle according to the criteria under his/her responsibility.
  To plan the test program in a standard format, to control timing, to document deviations, and to report to project coordinators. To develop the testing validation plan for new or modified vehicle characteristics. To participate in meetings with areas of R&D to define test programs, timings, amount of samples, to give input for product improvement, etc.
  To ensure the execution of the vehicle tests according to the Group test procedures. To ensure the function and calibration of measuring equipment used in the tests. To control and to ensure the proper level and update of HW and SW in the test vehicles.
  To follow up the test status and to define the count-measures when needed.
  To analyze test results and failures and to discuss them with his/her partners in other companies as well as with the responsible areas within R&D, in order to find solutions or product improvements. To verify and to reproduce failures and findings reported by the stations in the car, in order to fully understand the nature of the findings.
  To create the tickets are finding from the test stations and to ensure the tickets are fulfilled to “Q-Gates”. To report, inform, and eventually escalate tickets and findings from the modules testing.
  To follow up the findings and failures uploaded in KPM, or other sources related to the modules under his/her responsibility, and to solve those issues in coordination with the areas of R&D. Tickets in KPM may be also addressed to responsible specialists. Follow up must be carried on in any case.
  To hold a permanent communication with the specialists in related departments, to discuss test results, test requirements, deviations, new test developments, etc.
  To participate in the negotiation of the job splits for the projects. To participate in the cost estimations for projects, amount of test vehicles needed
  To participate in different projects teams to present the status of the modules under his/her responsibility.
  Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.

• 【Qualification and skills】
  Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar
  Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in relevant topics in theory and practice
  Team working and good analytical skills.
  Good technical communication skills in English (written and spoken).
