职位描述

• Position Duty：
  1.To execute sourcing strategy for assigned commodities.
  2.To analyze the market situation for marketing commodities and look for the best domestic or overseas supplier.
  To Generate supplier portfolio, frequently maintain, update, categorize, and analyze the supplier database
  To optimize vender resources for assigned commodities with involvement of capable venders
  Conducting spend analysis and analyses of cost structures
  3.To ensure the purchasing of goods and service is received based on the purchasing request (PR) of business department.
  Responsible for the whole tender/bidding process from calling of tender, RFI, RFP, RFQ, conducting tender interview, tender negotiation, tender evaluation, preparation of tender report to tender award
  To Maintain and update the existing contract list, cross check the implementation of frame contracts, review the required supplier reports, conduct cost contract audits and monitor the supplier performance
  Lead contract negotiation and contracting process
  Purchasing reporting to CSC (Corporate Sourcing Committee )
  4.To ensures the best price for goods and services through a transparent, compliant and competitive purchasing process in accordance with the required quality and time.
  To ensure the completion and compliance of all purchasing documents
  5. To solve independently tender processes and delivery claims.
  Continuously improve the workflows and processes to meet the business requirement
  general operation efficiency

任职要求

• Position Requirements：
  1.Bachelor or above degree，Good English communication skills in both spoken and written，Good at office computer application.
  2.3+ years working experience in Purchasing area，MNC working background, prefer to automotive industry background.
  3.Prefer to CPSM certification or related certification in purchasing area.
  4.Strong interpersonal skill, can work under pressure ，Very Conscientious, responsible and responsive working attitude.
  5.Strong Team work spirit and customer mindset.
  6.High integrity & Coordination skill and conflict solving skill.
