• Range of Responsibility
  
  Support warranty provision accrual and accounting process.
  Support PR and monthly forecasting process for warranty.
  Lead warranty claims reimbursement process in WAPAS as assigned.
  Lead set up and maintenance of all WAPAS functions like User Administration, Importers/Dealers Administration, various groupings. Support warranty controlling related services/systems like WAPAS, SAP.
  Lead warranty payment and KPI analysis to monitor warranty performance, report and compare budget usage and deviations. Financial statements and reporting on warranty.

• Qualification and Skills
  
  Necessary education: Bachelors degree and major in Finance is a plus.
  Language / IT / Certificates:
  Fluent in English and Chinese oral and written is necessary.
  
  Excellent MS Office skills are a must.
  
  SAP and financial system knowledge is plus.
  
  VW Group Aftersales related experience is a plus.
  
  Relevant VW Group Systems like SAGA/2, etc. is a plus
  
  Python, Tableau, Confluence, Power BI, etc. are a plus.
