• Key Tasks:
  Support to update rolling planning round inputs of R&D area, including development cost/overheads/investment/labor cost…
  Support to overall control R&D budget, coordinate and handle all of the budget issues with different departments, as central tower of R&D division.
  Support to set-up platform / module development cost planning process, as well behind financial modelling definition.
  Support to define and clarify R&D internal budget related process, including but not limited implement process, define relevant IT system, online tools…
  Support to find the synergy in R&D, reduce unnecessary expenditure to add profitability of R&D.
  Other tasks from supervisor.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  Bachelor or Master with major of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer (software, programming) or finance degrees.
  Willing to learn, can be proactively and responsible.
  Good at logic analysis and judgment
  Good at communication, inclusive hands-on ability and team-player attitude.
  Familiar with office software and advanced Excel/PPT skills, Knowledges on Python/VBA/C++/SQL… will be preferred.
  Fluent in English, can be as working language. Knowledge of German is preferred.
