  【Brief description of the position】
  • The Project management officer acts as interface for the PMO & HQ for the product, production, sales & marketing and JV-Entity readiness clusters to ensure cross entity, cross brand and cross divisional alignment; Manages the “PMO JV Entity” readiness cluster; Designs and implements handover-concept from PMI project organization (e.g. SteerCo., Readiness meetings) to line organizations at HQ.
  • Executing short term projects for highly critical, confidential and urgent topics (e.g. PMO JV-Entity readiness work packages); Organization of the elaboration of the long, medium and short term work plans for brands, according to the development strategy and the annual business target of the company.
  • Assisting Head of Project Management to define the various goals of the brands (cost, quality, productivity, etc.) according to the company's business plan and competitive needs, organizing goal resolution and monitoring, tracking and controlling the progress of goals, work with cross functional team on potential solutions .
  • Organization of the definition of the cost budget according to the company's cost calculation model, monitoring of compliance with the various cost budgets, taking effective measures to continuously reduce production costs.
  
  【Key tasks】
  • Assist Head of Project Management to organize continuous improvement and optimization of the production management system to increase productivity and quality and implementation of flexible production for both brands.
  • Fulfilment of the vehicle program approved by the production planning committee
  • Target setting and control of target achievement for the production area (esp. costs, personnel, quality);
  • Planning and implementation of product and structural projects for the plant in accordance with specified goals (costs, deadlines, quality);
  • Steering of PMO JV Entity Set-up in cooperation with all involved entities, brands and functions in Germany, Spain and China.
  • Assist Head of Project Management in continuous maintenance of all assets (buildings, production facilities, infrastructure) to guarantee its functional and give a very good visual impression.
  • Implementation of all necessary decisions / activities to ensure smooth product launches
  • Implementation of the group production system and CIP cascade
  • Implementation of the necessary measures for environmental protection and occupational safety
  • Assitst Head of Project Management timely and needs oriented personnel and qualification planning and implementation of appropriate measurement.
  • Long-term capacity planning and implementation of feasibilities and concept planning for strategic capacity expansion.
  • Personnel assessment according to the goals for productivity improvement.
  • Compliance with budget targets and continuous factory cost optimization.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  • University degree, engineering Minimum 3 years professional experience in Automotive Project Management (planning, logistic, manufacturing etc.).
  • Strong management & lobbying capabilities, outstanding networking and communication skills.
  • High intercultural competence, good understanding of International markets and cultures.
  • Deep understanding of production related processes.
  • Indepth knowledge and experience in automotive planning, logistic and manufacturing.
  • Sufficient product management experience between R&D and production.
  • Fluent in English.
