• 【Main responsibility】
  This is position in product department under COO, main responsibility is to ensure produced cars' product and service compliance from nationwide, industry, Group, etc.
  - Pro-actively track and interpret Government policy, Group policy, industrial standards, monitor its publishment, refinement and future planning
  - Regularly sort out policy, regulations, standards and share highlights within teams, make reminder for the key elements
  - Pro-actively monitor non-compliance cases, events, news in the market and timely report to relevant parties, department, teams for awareness
  - Join all phases of product definition and operation, ensure all product and services are deigned, produced, operated in compliant way together with all stakeholders
  - Timely track and recognize potential compliance issues, prioritize issues and come up with solutions accordingly, ensure all requirements, changes to be implemented as planned.
  - Draft and finalize product policies, user agreements, personal data privacy, disclaimer and other necessary terms & conditions together with all stakeholders

任职要求

• 【Qualification】
  - Bachelor degree in vehicle engineering, software engineering, computer science or similar
  - 3 Years+ of relevant experience in product compliance, data/cyber security , quality standards
  - Sound knowledge in interpretation of telematics/connectivity government policy, industry standard
  - Strong collaboration, planning, problem solving and communication among multiple interfaces
  - Strong sense and willingness of teamwork, work under pressure, good patience and stable mood
  - Fluent English speaking, writing and reading
