• 职位描述
  This position holds the responsibility for door panel part development related tasks within EKA. This includes the elaboration of engineering solution as well as the communication & exchange with respective stakeholder within the global & multi entity network as well as VW (Anhui) internal.
  
  He/She must regard legal compliance and a delivery in costs, tech. quality & time. To ensure the fulfillment of all requirements for parts and functions under his/her responsibility in order to achieve ready to go into production products.
  
  This requires special attention to the alignment regarding CAE Functional Development, achievement of the project requirements and coordination with another development departments in VW (Anhui) and other companies of the VW-Group.

任职要求

• 任职要求：
  1.本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验
  2.有2个完整的门板的项目开发工作经验，熟知门内饰板的结构和工艺
  3.有门板的成本、重量、仿真的刚度模态性能优化经验优先
  4.大众经验者优先
  5.英语流利，可独立完成材料和汇报
