• Brief description of the position:
  Managing and organizing the Paintshop process, materials and laboratory workplan in short and medium-term, in his area of responsibility. Responsible of the internal and external audits of the quality and environmental management system in his area of responsibility. Managing and control the process standards of the company and the legal process requirements to ensure full process integrity, in his area of responsibility. Managing and control all materials used in his area of responsibility of the production process. Responsible for the engineering changes in his area of responsibility. Solving the daily problems.
  
  Key tasks:
  Responsible and control the different process requirements to ensure full process integrity;
  Supporting the preparation of the Paintshop annual business plan and ensure the implementation;
  Continuously looks for actions to improve processes, products and costs;
  Ensures that the defined processes meet financial budget targets, safety standards, quality standards, environmental and legal regulations;
  Validates and defines critical production processes and critical product characteristics that require measurement and control;
  Establishing, implementing and monitoring control process plans. Responsible for analyzing process deviations and field data, establishing and implementing action plans for their resolution. Supporting and performing investigations on product and the shop quality problems;
  Supporting the Paintshop productivity targets and continuous improvement plans;
  Follows-up daily production, internal and external quality indicators and concerns;
  Responsible for the internal and external audits of quality and environmental management system;
  Managing all materials. Promoting and coordinating with the laboratory resources, the tryouts for new materials and processes;
  Support planning activities for new processes, products, engineering changes, parts and equipment (ex. FMEA, equipment acceptance,…);
  Responsible for new products, materials and engineering changes. Coordinates the related tryouts and technically approves;
  Proposes and follows-up engineering product changes;
  Making contact with another shops and other departments, according to working procedures to ensure the smooth completion of production tasks;
  Create and / or validates temporary processes and repair standards proposals;
  Informs planning of all production processes and /or equipment changes so to update documentation (ex: Arbeitsplan);
  Keeps historical records of all relevant technical process data;
  Performs functional builds;
  Establish a customer-supplier relationship and communicates up- and downwards;
  Applies and guarantees Quality Systems procedures;
  Monitor and controlling the costs, quality and processes data, implementing improvement actions;
  Coordinate activities with the maintenance teams to eliminate process problems due to equipment;
  Develops fallback plans for process disruptions and implement it when needed;
  In the new project stage, participating in the trial production of pre-series cars on the production line, supervising and promoting the series production and other work.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  The candidate must have a degree in Engineering (Chemical or materials are preferential) and at least 3 years of experience in the process area in the Automotive Industry, preferential in Paint.
  Must have good communication skills, team work, leadership and soft skills.
  Good in statistical process and quality analysis and quality tools.
  English language needed
