• Brief description of the position:
  Define line plan of assembly in 3PP, 3PA workshop based on product plan; cooperate with other department to optimize product design and solve process difficulties; responsible for new product introduction and process file drafting and maintenance; evaluate new project and process change.
  
  Key tasks:
  Define a efficient and lean line plan of assembly in 3PP based on product plan, include drafting process files, making line balance, designing workstation layout and solve assemble problems.
  Verify and optimize process in 3PA to achieve a stable production process(solve installation difficulties, push low cost automation or automation to improve ergonomic), ensure the project can be finished before SOP.
  Evaluate process change and tracking AEKO implementation, maintain process change to process management system and output latest file(sequence, part list, tool list,..etc) to assembly shop, build a timely and consistent process.
  After SOP, responsible for process planning and implementation of improving capacity, include solving production bottleneck and technical quality problems, improving OEE by cross-department cooperation.
  Continuous optimization of whole production process, conduct cost reduction discussion and push plan implementation.
  Participate in the development of process plan for new model projects and evaluate the feasibility of process plan.
  Responsible for the process validation in VFF manufacturing period, certificating and evaluating assembly feasibility, process flow, ergonomics, assembly tooling and other resources.
  Response, analysis, resolution, control and prevention of process and assembly quality issues during ramp-up and mass production.
  Benchmark same class module in other plants, cooperate with PT and R&D to optimize product design.
  Introduce VR or other simulation software to simulate and verify production process, improve productivity and reduce cost.
  Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in automotive, engine, mechanical or other profession.
  3 years or more relevant working experience in the automotive industry
  Knowledge in the field of process management and assembly technology;
  fluent English in writing and speaking;
  Good problem solving and analysis skills;
  Good communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental cooperation.
