• Range of responsibility:
  Inspection / Documentation / Cost Control
  Repair and specialized support of Systems and components
  Improvement of the systems and components to be supported
  
  Key tasks：
  Analysis of weak points and initiation of countermeasures
  Analysis of damages and development of suitable improvements
  Functional tests in existing and new plant areas
  Spare parts planning and Test
  replacement of machines in production plants
  Know how transfer to maintenance / shifts

任职要求

• Qualification and Skills:
  Operating or programming course for KUKA / Fanuc/ABB/Durr robots
  Step chain knowledge
  Bus configuration with WorkVisual
  Deep knowledge of macros and VW user technology packages
  STEP-7, WinCC flexible, sivarc, MOVITOOLS, CDS, SOPAS, TIA V15.1(1-3)
  EPLAN software also PLC and HMI
  Know and understand programming guidelines
  Read and understand electrical circuit diagram
  Know and understand plant documentation
  Advanced knowledge of network technology
  Deep knowledge about fieldbus configuration
  ProfiNet configuration with WorkVisual
  SEW/Siemens drive technology incl. frequency inverter
  Practice as commissioning engineer
  Knowledge of current electrical systems in paintshop.
  Master robot program editing, copying, trajectory adjustment will be better.
  Experience with project management and project coordination
  Experience with industrial production systems (machines and systems), familiar with ABB robot series, able to handle spraying, gluing and other faults is an advantage.
  Very good knowledge of MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, Excel and Power Point. SAP knowledge or is an advantage (PM).
  Language skills in English language Level B2
