职位描述

•  Be responsible for research and develop of new polyols including slab polyols, HR polyols, VE polyols,
  CASE polyols and polymer polyols etc.
   Optimize current polyols grades formulation based on PD plan.
   Collect experiment data and analysis data.
   Take a lead to contact with domestic university and research institute for polyols R&D.
   Instruct pilot plant for new grade polyols production.
   Develop yearly polyols research and development plan.
   Lead polyols R&D team and hold the responsibility the daily management of the lab scale polyols
  synthesis lab.
   Monitor polyols industry development and technical trend.
   Focus on market demand and take a lead to accelerate product differentiation programme.

任职要求

• 1. A minimum master's degree in chemistry or polymer science
  2. At least 10 years’ experience of working with polyether polyols/polymer polyols synthesis
  3. Be able to design and develop new grades polyols including slab, HR, CASE and POP polyols.
  4. Rich knowledge of polyols main synthesis route.
  5. Working knowledge of PU application is preferred.
  6. Some experience in chemistry laboratory.
  7. Language proficiency: Able to use English as working language.
  8. PC skills: Proficient in PC skills.
