• Brief description of the position/ Range of responsibility:
  
  SSP FGS is the SSP platform EA department project manager, who is mainly responsible for the SSP platform EA project management .He/She should responsible for the EA scope development time plan, budget management, technical requests, release management etc. leading the professional team's work and supplier work, communicate with TPL and WOB EA.
  
  Key Tasks:
  To approve the preparation of the projects that in the earlier phase, including the organization to evaluate the technical feasibility, estimate the cost of the project, and evaluate the completion time of project and important milestones;
  According to the development process, make the development plan of components and system, and manage the professional team to push the development work according to the milestone;
  Control the progress of localization and development projects, ensure the progress meets the schedule requirements, and control the project risk,
  Estimate, declare, track and control project resources and costs, negotiate development costs with WOB and JV.
  Communicate with VWA internal R&D, marketing, finance, purchasing, quality assurance, logistics and other related external departments of WOB, VGC to ensure the smooth cooperation.
  Control the technical change(Aeko, and AEA, project request, and modify point).
  Represent EA department to report the project status, problem solving status in committee(TG, PH, Aeko Runde, Project meeting, technical meeting).

任职要求

• Qualification and Skills:
  1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering other related fields;
  2. More than 2 years working experience in mainstream automobile company,
  3. Deep understanding of automotive development working processes, familiar with BEV systems
  4. Advanced experience in the field of technical project management.
  5. Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred.
  6. With good communication skills and team spirit.
