• Range of responsibility:
  This position is responsible for the described scope (part 2) and described tasks (part 4), within ADAS / AD Development for the MQB/MEB platforms. The position will be assigned one or more specialization topics in a team of developers and will be the main responsible person for this topics of specialization.
  
  Key Tasks:
  Investigate and analyze the innovative situation / new ideas for market China.
  Design and define the new concept on system level in order to fulfill the function requirement.
  Align the new technology proposal / concept with the function and component experts, analyze the function implementation feasibility.
  Plan and manage the development milestones, monitor and document the progress, regular status report.
  Coordinate with the other BUs, parties regarding ADAS / HAD relevant topics.
  System level competitor investigation, national standard analysis.
  Additional tasks may be assigned by the supervisor due to work requests.

任职要求

• Qualification and skills:
  Bachelor or Master degree in automotive / electrical / computing or similar.
  2+ years of automotive system development experience, excellent college students are also accepted.
  Well-founded technical knowledge of ADAS / HAD system solution and development.
  Deep understanding of the software architecture and development.
  Knowledge in OEM development process and overall vehicle architecture.
  Experience in project management (time management / planning / monitoring).
  Highly structured, analytical and self-organized,-motivated.
  Excellent capabilities in communication and team work.
  Strong ability in problem solving, availability of multiple tasks.
  Experience of studying / working abroad as a plus
  Excellent language skills in English (written and verbal) mandatory
  Chinese language skills
  German language skills as a plus
