职位描述

• Collect project information, regulation and consumer test requirement, evaluate project target regarding crash related load cases
  收集项目信息、法规和消费者测试要求，评估与碰撞相关的负载情况下的项目目标
  Development of whole car vehicle safety and support layout/design evaluation
  整车安全与支撑布局开发/设计评估
  Plan test matrix and related car/parts demands, make sure all the resources quality and arrival can meet the project requirements.
  计划测试矩阵和相关的汽车/零件需求，确保所有资源的质量和到货都能满足项目要求。
  Perform crash tests/sled tests, generate test reports and documents.
  执行碰撞测试/底座测试，生成测试报告和文档。
  Analyze car structure and occupant performance, make effective countermeasures for structure/interior parts/ restraint system parts.
  分析汽车结构和乘员性能，对结构/内部零件/约束系统零件制定有效对策。
  Final release recommendation for crash related functions and finish all documentation for SOP.
  碰撞相关功能的最终发布建议，并完成SOP的所有文档。
  Accompany official consumer test (C-NCAP / C-IASI)
  随附官方消费者测试（C-NCAP/C-IASI）

任职要求

• 1. Master degree in Mechanical, Automotive technology or related.
  2. More than 2 years of working experience in crash / occupant protection development/test.
  3. Excellent problem analyzing and solving skill
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skill with team spirit.
  5. Fluent English. German is preferred.
