• 【Scope, objective and relevance】
  The core mission of this position is to be responsible for the planning of all kinds of technical process and application, and related interface work with building planning of paint shop, mainly as follows:
  核心工作是负责涂装技术和应用的规划工作以及与涂装车间土建规划接口工作，主要如下：
  -负责有关新车型的油漆生产导入。
  Responsible for integration of the paint shop on the new models according
  -负责有关的油漆可制造性分析工作。
  Responsible for the relevant paint manufactainability analysis work according
  -负责本部门的产品数据汇总和管理工作。
  Responsible for the product data summary and management of the department according
  -负责本部门的项目投资的统计、PR申请和汇总、进度跟踪和协调、付款计划的制定及跟踪。
  Responsible for the statistics, PR request and summary, progress tracking and coordination, payment plan development and tracking of project investments for the paint shop according.
  -负责组织并参与有关新车型及新项目的油漆工艺Workshop。
  Responsible for organizing and participating in the paint process Workshop for the new models and new projects according
  -负责并组织有关新车型及新项目的油漆生产工时分析及优化工作。

  -负责有关的技术更改申请及管理工作。

  -负责有关新车型及新项目的油漆工装夹具（Bemi）规划。

  -负责本部门的程序文件、工作指导书、关键控制点等流程管理工作。
  Responsible for the process management of procedure documents, work instructions, key control points of the department according.
  -负责本部门的内审、外审协调工作。
  Responsible for the coordination of internal audit and external audit of the department according.
  -负责涂装新工艺、新技术的分析和储备。
  Responsible for the analysis and reserve of the new coating process and the new technology according.
  -负责涂装车间与土建规划接口工作的施工管理和技术管理以及相关工作。
  Responsible for construction management and technical management of the interface between paint shop and building planning and related work according
  -负责及时掌握并收集土建规划接口施工设计变更、材料（设备)价格信息情况，做好相关投资或费用的制定、申请、跟踪、优化。

  -完成领导布置的其它任务。

  【Key tasks 】
  1. 负责涂装车间工艺设备的调研、考察、合同谈判，实施设备选型策划、招标等相关工作。Responsible for the research, investigation, contract negotiation, equipment selection planning, bidding and other related technical work of paint shop.
  2. 负责本部门的项目投资的统计、PR申请和汇总、进度跟踪和协调、付款计划的制定及跟踪。Responsible for the statistics, PR request and summary, progress tracking and coordination, payment plan development and tracking of project investments for the paint shop according
  3. 监督涂装车间工艺设备的安装调试、工艺验收验证工作，做好过程质量管控，确保产品质量和项目进度。Supervise installation and commissioning, acceptance and verification of technical and manage process quality control, Ensure product quality and timeline.
  4. 负责本部门的内审、外审协调工作。Responsible for the coordination of internal audit and external audit of the department according
  5.负责及时掌握并收集土建施工设计变更、材料（设备)价格信息情况，做好土建投资的制定、申请、跟踪、优化。Responsible for timely grasp and collection of building design changes, material (equipment) price information situation, do a good job of building construction investment development, application, tracking, optimization.

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  -机械装备或环保、化学类相关专业，本科及以上学历；Bachelor degree or above in mechanical equipment, environmental protection, chemistry or related field;
  -5年以上涂装车间技术设备的规划、管理的从业经验，有大型汽车企业工作经历者和具备独立设备规划能力者优先；At least 5 years technology and management experience in automobile industry, experience in large automobile enterprises and independent coating environmental protection equipment planning ability is preferred;
  -具备较强的化工或土建设备维修专业知识及技能，较强的投资预算管理等工作经验；Strong professional knowledge and skills in chemical equipment or building. Strong experience in investment、budget、payment statistics and management.
  -熟练掌握工业自动化系统，Autocad及Office软件。Proficient in industrial automation systems, Autocad and Office softwares.
  -具备先进的设备规划、设备管理理念和方法，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；Advanced in equipment planning, equipment management methods and concepts, with good communication skills and team spirit.
  -具备良好的节能减排的意识和理念；Have good awareness and concept of energy conservation and emission reduction;
  -英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言Fluent in English, can be used as working language.
