职位描述

• In each project, EE FachGruppenSprecher represents for electr(on)ic technical development era. In coordination with the technical project management and product management, the FachGruppenSprecher creates specifications and targets for technology, development costs, material costs, weight, time line, environment and quality, including parts and process level, and also monitors the compliance while carrying out vehicle projects development. He (She) leads SET FachGruppenSprecher E0 till E4, X1/X2,A7/K7.
  
  Managing and tracking the development of project, finish task defined by PM/TPL,ensure project milestones release on time.
  管理跟踪项目开发过程,完成项目各阶段要求的工作，保证项目节点按时释放
  Identify project risk, Risk analysis and management, escalate if needed
  识别项目风险，并进行分析管理及预警
  Complete the application and use management of project resources, including cost and vehicle evaluation and negotiatio。
  完成项目资源的申请及后续使用管理，包括费用及车辆评估与谈判
  Organize and complete the technical feasibility analysis of new equipment; Solve the problems and complaints feedback by other department, and implement change analysis and management.
  组织完成新装备的技术可行性分析；处理各部门反馈的问题及抱怨，并实施变更分析与管理。
  Regularly summarize the project status and report, including part level Nomi /Release status , function release status, etc
  定期汇总项目状态并进行状态汇报，包括零件定点认可状态、功能实现状态等

任职要求

• Education:
  Must:
  • Bachelor degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering or Industry & Business Administration or German / English languages or similar.
  Nice to have:
  • Master degree for majors above
  
  Professional Experience:
  Must:
  • More than 3 years of relevant work experience in OEMs (Tier1 suppliers are also available);
  • Familiar with the project development process of the OEM, and fully participated in the development of at least one vehicle model;
  • Working as role of project management more than 2 years
  Nice to have:
  • Experience with leading team members will be a plus;
  • PMP certification
  
  Skills:
  Must:
  • Good troubleshooting and system analytics capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong focus on product milestone required
  • Strong intercultural communication and coordination skills
  • proficient at Office SW
  Language:
  Must:
  • business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory;
  Nice to have:
  • Familiar with German.
