职位描述

• • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, local policies and related procedures including SHEQ, social responsibility and sustainability.
  • Manage KPIs including regular maintenance cost, efficiency (OEE, MTBF, MTTR…), annual saving projects, energy and Headcounts.
  • Utilize special and base project budgets and manage projects to support site development strategy. Manage all fixed assets in site.
  • Drive digitalization and automation, and extend team capabilities in MES, PCS7 and OSI PI.
  • Support the internal/external audit and ensure the maintenance activities should follow the requirement of related systems (IATF16949/ISO 9001, ISO14001, IS45001, and ISO27000…). Maintain good documentation system of manuals, procedures, equipment information and maintenance logs.
  • Spare parts management (master data, purchasing, physical accounting…). Develop and maintain critical spare parts inventory according to the individual Equipment Strategies.
  • Set up and lead an effective maintenance team to drive site maintenance strategy success. Plan and execute the employee annual training plan and performance evaluation. Empower and engage the subordinates with passion.
  • Implement continuous improvement (CI), A3(Kaizen) and 6sigma as coach.

任职要求

• • Bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electricity and Automation. (Other engineering majors with chemical manufacturing experience can be considered).
  • >5 years of experience in maintenance role, leading a small team in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Experience in managing Preventative & Predictive maintenance programs (TPM).
  • Project management skill. Experience of CAPEX project management is preferred.
  • Experience in PLC/PCS7 and AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Good communication and learning agility. Capability of English speaking and writing.
