职位描述

• 1. Product development, localization and modification based on business requirements.
  2. Carry out PD work independently following SHE guideline to support business in Asia Pacific.
  3. Supporting AE and business team on technical problem solving and technical training if required.
  4. Support operation team to complete new product scale-up, optimize manufacturing process and solve quality problem with related products.
  5. Study available patent landscape and strengthen Henkel’s IP in the related industry.

任职要求

• 1. Master or PhD preferred in Polymer, Material and Chemistry.
  2. English fluent for daily communication.
  3. Experience in coating industry preferred.
  4. Quick learner, open-minded and good communication skills.
