职位描述

• 1. Good experience on electronic application and board level underfill or Encap assembly technology, above 3 years’ experience about electrial industy.
  2. Good knowledge of electrical liquid adhesive technology like UV, epoxy, PU, PUR, MMA chemistry and products, good Failure analysis experience.
  3. Good experience on trouble shooting, support customer complaint,
  4. Good experience on technical seminar.
  5. To support new project, collect CTQ, customer evaluation support, failure analysis etc;
  6. support to screen new formuaiton development to meet customer's requirment

任职要求

• 1. Bachelor Degree in Materials/Automatic/Mathmatic. etc.
  2. 3-5 years working experience
  3. Fluent in English communcation
