• 【Scope, Objective, and Relevance】
  Compound management is responsible for the timely implementation of the E/E contents for all projects. This includes initial functional definition of our products, planning of our integration steps and planning, steering and development of E/E hardware and software compounds. Compound manager plans and controls the entire range of functions, considers the legal, safety-related and quality-specific requirements as well as project objectives and is responsible for controlling the application interfaces of China specific vehicle architectures for vehicle projects.
  -Coordinate and perform cross-functional work on function-oriented development
  -Ensuring coordination and alignment of Europe and China compounds with regard to functions of VWA and definition, coordination of integration steps planning including logical and technical dependencies of the overall functional scope
  -Responsible for cross-departmental alignments of E/E project specifications including technic, deadlines and quality and for consolidation of technical issues
  -Responsible for supplier management and alignments for critical hardware and software in cooperation with other technical departments within R&D
  
  【Task】
  -Planning, controlling and tracking of project specific compound integration, in particular to achieve the technical product requirements in coordination with product management
  -Steering of E/E compound releases and approvals inclusive hardware and software management
  -Coordination/implementation of all function requirements of projects and creation/modification of function list as well as realization of project specific functions
  -Definition and tracking of maturity and release target planning and monitoring of integration steps together with function spokepersons of the department and E/E integration
  -Preparation of function/vehicle specifications per integration step, initial vehicle assessment and approval of construction programs together with vehicle test management and technical project steering as well as management of functional depen-dencies of project specific function list scope
  -Management and steering of the project-relevant committees for evaluation of the technical progress of E/E contents
  -Project agreements on E/E issues in cooperation with all stakeholders

任职要求

• 【Qualification and Skills】
  -Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
  -Over 3 years of working experience at least in automotive industry, preferable working experience in OEM level
  -1-2 years work experience in technical project steering, project speaker, function-orientated development or product management
  -Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in relevant topics in theory and practice.
  -Work experience in international vehicle development project or technical team is a plus.
  -Vehicle professional knowledge
  -Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)
  -Deep understanding of automotive development processes and procedures
  -Good presentation and communication skills
  -Good skill for information sorting and analysis, good team player
  -Good technical and business language skills in English (written and spoken)
