• 【Range of responsibility】
  1. Investigation safety requirements including mandatory regulations, consumer tests and internal requirements
  2. Feasibility analysis for car structure and occupant protection in accordance with project target.
  3. Development and support for overall layout in related of frontal & side crash
  4. Planning and performing development/release crash test and necessary sled test.
  5. Technical analysis and effective countermeasures for car structure and restraint system.
  6. Report in every milestone to higher level
  7. Final release recommendation and documentation for SOPs.
  
  【TASK】
  1、Collect project information, regulation and consumer test requirement, evaluate project target regarding crash related load cases
  2、Development of whole car vehicle safety and support layout/design evaluation
  3、Plan test matrix and related car/parts demands, make sure all the resources quality and arrival can meet the project requirements.
  4、Perform crash tests/sled tests, generate test reports and documents.
  5、Analyze car structure and occupant performance, make effective countermeasures for structure/interior parts/ restraint system parts.
  6、Final release recommendation for crash related functions and finish all documentation for SOP.
  7、Accompany official consumer test (C-NCAP / C-IASI)

任职要求

• 【Qualification and skills】
  1. Master degree in Mechanical, Automotive technology or related.
  2. More than 2 years of working experience in crash / occupant protection development/test.
  3. Excellent problem analyzing and solving skill
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skill with team spirit.
  5. Fluent English. German is preferred.
