  • Job responsibilities
    1. Proactively plan and oversee new product and process qualifications, anticipating potential issues and implementing preventive measures.
    2. Optimize resource allocation within QA to ensure efficient completion of specified tasks.
    3. Centralize and structure assignments in QA to streamline processes and improve productivity.
    4. Initiate and conduct management reviews and monitor internal audits for ISO9001, ensuring continuous improvement.
    5. Ensure swift and effective resolution of customer complaints, driving customer satisfaction.
    6. Regularly review and update product certification plans and progress, ensuring compliance and market readiness.
    7. Develop and manage the yearly QA budget, setting and monitoring KPIs to drive performance.
    8. Deliver targeted training to team leaders, engineers, and technicians, fostering a skilled and motivated QA team.
    9. Lead warranty rate improvement initiatives, reviewing progress and implementing corrective actions.
    10. Maintain regular and effective communication with TKG Q, ensuring alignment on quality standards and objectives.
    11. Facilitate cross-departmental coordination, promoting seamless collaboration within Testo Shenzhen.

任职要求

  • Job Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Experience: 15 years in quality assurance/testing of electronic products.
    • Certifications: N/A
    Professional Knowledge and Skills (Most Important to Least Important)
    • Expertise in ISO9001 quality management systems, acting as a quality representative.
    • Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, and root cause analysis.
    • Deep understanding of electronic product quality characteristics.
    • Able to predict and address problems in design and process, incoming materials, and define preventive and verification testing.
    • Knowledgeable in continuous improvement methodologies and risk assessment.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
